mother has primary custody of 2 children father has vistation rights the father keeps the kids home from school and orders a PFA on the mother who has primary custody with no evidence other than word from the father sole tempory custody is given is that even legal what rights does the mother have given the case is not true

Mother should file a Motion for an expedited hearing on the PFA or else appear at the hearing date and argue that the case should be dismissed. She should have a lawyer to represent her at the hearing.
