Does the State of Maine use Beneficiary Deeds?

I am not familiar with that term as a legal term. If you are referring to a probate situation, the deed may be a "personal representative's" quit-claim deed, or from a trust, a "trustee's" deed. If there was no probate, then a deed could recite the circumstances as to why the beneficiary now has title and why there is no deed evidencing transfer of title to him/her.
