Legal Question in Disability Law in Maryland

Service animal

Hello. I am the owner of a Pitbull that I am in the process of making a service animal due to my disabilities. My husband and I just discovered that we may have to move, and the area to which we will most likely have to move is a county that does not allow Pitbulls (unless they lived there prior to this law being made about 10 years ago, I think). If I successfully have my Pitbull declared a service animal, does this give me the right to move to this county and bring my Pitbull with me? Since the ADA is a Federal law, and this law against Pitbulls is county-wide, shouldn't I be able to bring this service animal with me without risking her life (she'd be killed if she was found there illegally). Please let me know if you can help me with this problem. Thank you.

You reference a specific County in Maryland, yet your question does not state the name of the County. Resubmit your question and identify the County.
