Birth Certicate name change

Can you ''remove'' one name from your birth certificate if you do it legally?

you can change your name legally if you like -- and that will be reflected in an order from the court legally "changing" you name.

however, your original name -- the one on your birth certificate, will always be your original name. you cannot "change" the birth certificate itself -- that is what it is.
