Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Maryland

illegal stop,frisk,seizer and arrest

an police officer stopped me as i was walking down the street with my brother the two officers frisked us arested me didnt process me gave me his number and told me if i didnt call him next week he would have a warrant issued for my arrest. is this legal? do i have grounds for a law suit? have my rights been violated?

If you gave the officer permission to frisk you then your rights have not been violated. The bigger quesion is why do you have to call him next week? You should not speak with the police without a lawyer present. Contact me directly if you would like to discuss this further.
