Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

I filed a motion for exemption allowed by law on a wage garnishment placed on my wifes pay check. She was granted the exemption. Question, can the creditor file another wage garnishment for same case?

Yes. If you can't settle this, you may want to consider filing bankruptcy, as (other than quitting the job) that is pretty much the only way to stop a wage garnishment.
