I have a friend who file for habeas corpus the judge sealed the decison , it's been a little over a year ago. What does that mean for my friend and is there a timeframe for him to know the decision?

Since a Petition for Habeas Corpus must be heard within 3 days, I doubt it was a habeas corpus petition the Judge is sitting on.
