hearing
my son is in aaco detention cntr for a alleged crime. he received a paper staing that he had a prelim on nov 06. however the court computer lists it as a trial not a prelim. should we worry. can the district court do that. or could it just be a typo.
Re: hearing
You need to call the Clerk of that court. District court hears prelim hearings and actual trials for misdemeanors and some felony charges. The clerk can tell you which - give the clerk the case number on the summons.
