Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
initial appearance cancelled/vacated?
My son 's case was forwarded to the circuit court. He was supposed to havean arraignment/initial appearance on 11/14. I wnet into the system and saw that this had been cancelled/vacated. However the conference is still listed for 12/07. What does this mean? he should be able to have the appearance. Shouldn't he?

If he has a lawyer, there's no need for an arraignment.
