probale cause
If the police had prbable cause to raid my house in january and befre they came i had moved to another side of town. Can the polce use the probal ecause fo rone house to go to the new house? Does probal cause follow a person? Would they have to establish probable cause for the new house?

As a general rule, probable cause for a search of a residence does not transfer when the occupant of the residence moves to another residence.
