Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I was sexually abused by my father when I was very young until I was older,he is a doctor and I've found a reluctance on the part of any medical agency to offer help besides labeling me with all sorts of problems. now if it is true and I do suffer from these ailments,is it not his fault and can he be held liable?
