absolute divorce with child support arrears

i have been legaly seperated from my wife for 4 years. i owe arrears for child support, but pay towards those arrears every week and i have paid child support on time for two years. can i file for absolute divorce (wife will sign) using documents from the internet? we both want the divorce, but she said maryland says it is a contested divorce because of the arrears.

The divorce itself is uncontested because you can file on the ground of being separated for at least 2 years. However, at the time of the divorce the judge will inquire about other matters pending. If the judge is satisfied with the status of the child support situation, you would still be able to get a divorce.
