Re: aggressive family law attorney

The only way you can try to determine whether an attorney is the right representative for you is to sit down and discuss your case thoroughly and find out how they would proceed. Attorney can be "aggressive" in terms of pursuing your objectives, but they must act professionally and within the bounds of the rules of ethics and the law. You should ask people you trust who may have used family law attorneys, and beyond that contact your local bar association referral service, which should have a list of attorneys who specialize in that area.
