Can I add a clause in my will stating that my family will continue to get my visitation rights with my son if I should die.

Visitation will be decided by the court, but you can still make your wishes known. You can and should make provisions in your will for your son -- property disposition, a possible trust to ensure your property actually gets distributed to your son. Also, do not presume you will be the first to die. You should name a guardian just in case. Call if you would like to discuss.
