Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

I have a custody visitation agreement that was ordered in 2008 in Baltimore Co, MD. Recently there was a modification (It was entered into court record on 5/5/2010 and supposed to be reviewed 4 months later, but was not filed by the lawyers until 1/31/2011 and was never reviewed) From what I was told, it was supposed to be temporary, but the lawyers filed it as a "Consent Order". 1. What can I do to fix this error? I agreed to the terms only because I had been told that it was temporary.

2. In my original order, I am allowed two weeks of vacation from M-F, but no start/end times are set. In the new order, my ex not has additional visitation on the Mondays after his every other weekend until

3. He is now refusing to confirm with me what time he will have our daughter back on the Monday of my visitation (last year he was supposed to have her here at 8 and brought her at 3:30) and is stating to her that he is not going to bring her back until 3. To further cloud things, my court file has several issues going on and at this time my lawyer is only representing me in one (modification of child support) but I am told that because she is on file as my attorney, I cannot contact his attorney about this other issue??? I am also told that there is nothing that I can file in court that would be heard in time for a June vacation.

Please help me!
