Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In a divorce case if it ends in shared custody with the primery residence with the dad, does he get full child support from the mom?

At income tax time if their are two children, and it's shared custody, does each parent claim one?

But if the mom or dad, has full custody, then does that parent get to claim both?

Normally, if there is true shared custody, the court will decrease child support.

The court's order should include a provision regarding who can claim the children as dependents on their taxes.
