How do I resolve a dispute as to settlement agreement, with attorney for wife prior to signing. It does not match transcript. MD

Are you still in settlement negotiations regarding the proposed settlement agreement?

If so, you simply need to redline the proposed changes and submit them to the attorney.

The attorney will either accept the changes or reject them. In fact, unless the judge orders you to do otherwise, you don't have to sign documents unless you agree to the statements and terms therein.
