Can you explain your question a little better? Are you saying you have a settlement agreement and want to know how long the contract is enforceable? Are you saying that the court entered an order and you want to know how long you have to address a breach? Depending on the additional details you provide, the answer is likely to be either three years or twelve years. Since nine years is a big delta, the additional facts are pretty important.
