How old does a witness to adultery in a divorce case have to be? The witness who wants to testify is 16 years old.

A 16 year old should be old enough to testify. A judge may conduct a preliminary inquiry to make sure the witness understands what testifying under oath means, but that shouldn't be a barrier.

There is no specific age for a witness. They just should be creditable.
