Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Maryland

I sued a car dealer won a judgement and a appeal hearing and now their lawyer keeps filing motions such as motion to revise, motion to dismiss in order not to pay. What can I do?

You can file oppositions to these motions. If the court feels an argument is needed on any of them a hearing will be scheduled. Oppositions should be filed within 15 days of receiving the motions and copies must be sent to the defendant's lawyer.
