underage drinking citation

If a Pennsylvania judge finds a Maryland issued driver to be guilty of underaged drinking, which is a punishable offence by the revoking of the liscense in Pennsylvania, does that person lose MD driving privileges also?

to find the answer to that question would require a few hours' research; md and pa share information concerning driving offenses under a reciprocal enforcement plan. i do not know if it extends to non-vehicle cases where the penalty inpacts upon the driving privilege. no judge in jurisdiction A has direct power over bureaucrats in jurisdiction B, however. contact your local bar ass'n for the identity of a new lawyer who will find you the answer for $50-100.
