unlawful access to savings account

i was a store merchant for amazon and they got into my savings account and took two charges even though it states they cant access your savings account in their policy they will not resolve this for me

First of all, if they didn't have authorization to debit the savings account, you should speak to your bank or s&l, requesting restoration of the funds. Otherwise, if what they did was not permitted by your agreement, you could take them to court, although this will surely jeopardize your relationship with amazon.
