Legal Question in Immigration Law in Maryland
I was denied my wife visa request I-130 PETITION, I also filed a I-129F form according to USCIS, since the I-130 was denied will USCIS also denied my I-129F request? Can someone help me with this question.
Thanks

Yes, if the I-130 petition was denied, most likely the I-129F will be denied too.
I need to know the reasons why it was denied and see the denial letter if you got any.
