which is faster k3 or 1-130

daer sir,

I am living in Us and had applied for my spouse and minor children to bring them here through an 1 130 petition filed on 24 April 2001.I was geen card holder then.I have not yet received any approval from INS for that petition even after almost three years.I have recently got US citizenship,My question is that can i bring my spose and children vis k3 and k4 or i should wait for normal procedure.I want to know which is the quickest way to bring my family to us,and how much time does it take?

Based on what you're saying here, it may be possible to bring them on a temporary visa as they wait for the approval. I would need more details before I could say for sure.

You need to upgrade your I-130 petition with the copy of your naturalization certificate..that will make their priority date current. After april 24, 2004 ..they will be eligible to get v-visa..and come here and get adjusted here. ....but you will end up spending lot more money and about the same amount of time to get their green card in hands.
