I want to use this image for my

business on a voice over demo and a

website. How do I do this legally?

Are there copyright infringements

involved and what should I do?

I found it on Google images and

Their disclaimer is:''Image may be

subject to copyright.''

How do I proceed?

you need first to determine if its protected. thay can be complicated. what you want is certainty. you do not want to guess about it and then wind up spending money on lawyers later when some copyright holder sends you a demand letter. the way to do that is to get express permission ...... if you like, feel free to give me a ring and I can probably chat w you for a couple of min and point you in the right direction. try me on my cell three-o-one, seven four two, five three four four if you like.
