Legal Question in Employment Law in Maryland

If I am a Salary Manager, should I be forced to punch a clock? I make the same whether or not I work over my 40. And, if I am forced to punch a clock, should I not get paid the amount I am punching for?

You can be forced to punch the clock and no you do not get paid for the amount of time. The employer has the right to request you punch the clock to ensure you are working.
