Unjust layoff and threats of slander and wrongdoing

was unjustfully layed off from my job after a disagreement with my boss,,then i was told that i would never work out of philadelpia or trenton again(i work out of hiring halls in the ibew electical union). also after the layoff received calls blaming for sabatoge on the jobsite,which is totally false..my job requires me to travel,,and a bad name in phila or trenton might come to hurt me someday
