death by light rail train

my brither was ran over and dismembered by the m.t.a. light rail they never stoped the train the two drivers said they didnt see or hear anything that night for 6 hours the next morning the trains past by his dead body with passangers looking on and saying that must be a manaquine on the tracks until someone called for a all trains stop relized it was a person all and all they said oh well he was drunk and he didnt belong on the tracks so your s.o.l. but he was trying to catch the light rail to get home that night so why are they not responsable for his death the lawer was so set on they would have to pay for wrongful death but all of a sudden he said oh never mind the law is trains dont have to look out for people people have to look out for trains

Apparently the lawyer you retained, after reviewing the facts and researching the law, came to the conclusion that he would likely lose the case, so he declined to pursue it. Your remedy is to try and find another lawyer who may feel differently about the case. Hopefully you are still within the statute of limitations period for filing a suit, which the lawyer should have informed you about.
