Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

accident

Traveling on interstate highway, a heavy peice of iron fell from a cement truck. Iron object flew directely in my path middle land, truck was traveling exceeding 65 miles per hour in far right line. I came to asudden stop passing over heavy object. possiple tire damage and alignment needed. have the name of concrete company how can I file claim.

Get a bill for the repair of the damage to your vehicle and then write a letter to the concrete company, explaining what happened and asking them to reimburse you. Put in as much detail as possible, as they will have no knowledge of the incident, since their driver probably didn't report it. Don't be surprised if they dispute their responsibility for this. If you have comprehensive or collision coverage, and your deductible isn't too high, you may want to make the claim with your own company.
