Legal Question in Personal Injury in Maryland

Feasibility of Halloween make-up injury potential suit

I bought some ''fake blood'' for halloween. I simply followed the directions, which were to heat the product and then apply. The result was a severe burn to the area directly below my right eye. No trip to the hospital was necessary, however I was in excruciating pain for 5-10 seconds (there is a witness to this.) I feel the instructions should have had a warning to test the temperature of the product prior to applying it to skin! By following the instructions to a ''T'', I was injured. Do I have a case?

Sure, you have a case. And now the matter of damages. Unless your skin is damaged or otherwise adversely affected the application would likely be deemed your error. If you have an injury then you should speak to an attorney. I represent personal injury often at reduced contingency rates. (410) 799-9002
