Is it legal to post naked pics of your ex-boyfriend online if you had his permission to do so at the time? What if I have no proof that he gave me permission?

It is a criminal violation to use email to intentionally harass someone, or to send lewd, lascivious or obscene material. The violation is punishable by up to 1 year in jail and a fine of $500. If you did this and he presses charges, you could claim that you did so with his permission, and it would be your word against his.
