breaking my lease

i signed my lease one day ago and i found out my apartment is infested ny roaches can i break my lease being that its only one day ive been there

Probably not without first giving the landlord the opportunity to have the apartment treated for pest control. If that solves the problem, then you got what you expected. If it doesn't, then the issue becomes how serious the infestation is. If it's sufficiently pervasive as to effectively deprive you of the reasonable use and enjoyment of the premises, then you can break the lease.
