Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

my landlord's agent and I signed the lease a day prior to my move and that's when my landlord was supposed to move her properties. it has been one month and her properties are still in the home. Is the agent liable for making sure her client moves everything?

Have you been unable to move in because of the landlord's personal items being in the home or is the landlord simply using the house as a place to store things? Please provide more information and you may receive a response.
