Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I know this is a loaded question but what about the attorney fees. Should I show up for court to explain this situation. Because I did go to the attorney's office who's name was on the court papers and there paralegal said she would not waive it. FYI I just got a reply from LawGuru attorney Robert Sher my secret Access key was 3AKouaQcB2

I have home owners association dues that I have not pd in 2 years. I got served to appear for court to pay outstanding fees. My question is I never received a notice from my association and when I questioned them I was told that they forgot to send notifications. Can I beat this in court because of not being given proper notification. Thanks

Appear and represent against the claim or contact the attorney for a work out. Depending upon where you own property such an adverse action can encumber the title to property and such actions certainly do no assist your credit rating.
