Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

Occupant rights

What rights does an occupant of a rented who is not the leasee, but is listed as an occupant of the apartment, have if the leasee decides to kick out without notice or reason, except my three year old daughter goes to sleep to early which interupts his loud time? Considering all TV'S and electronics are mine, which means they are kept turned down. Thankyou for any response. Nowhere to go in imediate future.

Re: Occupant rights

Unless you had an agreement spelling out the terms of your tenancy i.e. how long you will be staying, your financial contribution, etc., then your roommate could ask you to leave without notice.
