Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

I own a property that went up for tax sale. The purchaser of the certificate had a lawyer proceed with the right to force foreclosure process but the lawyer filed and mixed in documents from another tax sale property in my property's file.So in the official filing at the local courthouse their lawyer has documents from two different property's in my file . Is this filing official? Can I file a motion to dismiss the filing and subsequently the legal fees attached ?

You can file a motion to dismiss, but even if it is granted, the judge will still allow the purchaser of the tax certificate to re-file and correct the mistake. You are only delaying the inevitable.

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes only and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
