Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Maryland

If the tenant were asked to leave the same day or the next day after the landlord terminated lease and you were paid until the end of the month. Can that be held against the tenant if this were to go to court?

Your question is extremely difficult to understand and I suggest you revise it by inserting some more details. Generally, after the expiration of an initial lease period which is typically one year, the lease becomes a month to month tenancy. This obligates either party to give 30 days' notice to terminate the lease. So if a tenant paid for this month already as he/she was obligated to do, the landlord couldn't force the tenant out before the end of the month. If the lease period begins on the 1st of the month, a notice to terminate send during the month would not take effect until the end of the following month. If there is a security deposit, the tenant can't legally avoid paying for the last month in expectation that the landlord will use the deposit to cover the last month's rent, so the landlord could take action if that is what is occurring in your situation.
