Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland

ticket for, Failure to obey traffic device

This is considered a moving violation, and i need assitance in best way to handle.If you have 3 moving violations in 3 years,a lot of companys wont hire you. I have a clean record now,and would like to keep it that way.Please call me and let me know the best way to handle it,being a company driver,I never know where or when Ill be in any given area of the east.And like most people,iam sure,i do have a story to tell.Ticket issued on 9/7/05. The officer needs to be present for a conviction. A jury trial can be requested. The facts of your case need to be discussed with an attorney. Contact me immediatley.
