my daughter turned 21 and she has money due her her sister is the repersentative and we cannot locate her we have talked to the lawyer that took care of the estate and no help she has tried to get this money but no one will help her is there help for her

Far to little information here. For instance, was the sister Personal Rep of the Estate, or Trustee of an account set up for the minor? Or was this something funded outside the Estate by an insurance policy? And there is always help, if you wish to hire counsel to assist her.
