Was your ex-husband supposed to receive total ownership of the marital home pursuant to your divorce settlement agreement or Order of Divorce from the Court? If so, let it go. Why does it matter? If not, you might consider hiring an attorney to look into it further.

Contact me, fax the document that you signed and give me a call. I will also need to see the marital separation agreement and a complete copy of the docket for the divorce.
