Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

Nightmares
I was injured 5/99 and have been on Worker's Comp since. I have an attorney and I have been given a 54% total rating for a closed head injury. I am in need of one more rating for my shoulder. However I have been declined any further medical treatment as the insurance IME stated that my injury was not totaly related tothe accident. This is contrary to our IME who did the 54%. The Ins. Company is compeling me to start looking for work that I am not suited for, that pays minimum wage. If I do not comply they have threatened to discontinue my TTD of weekly $515.00. I have been bullied, threatened and forgotten many times over the years. What can I do?
