settlement

offered a settlement in oct.to avoid a trail.still no compensation(12-12-06)can i refuse the offer and request another trail date?today makes over 60-days since the settlement was propossed with no comp.

Did you accept the previous offer of settlement or not? If not, you should still be able to request another hearing date for a decision in your case.
