Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

Sneaky WC Adjustors/Case Managers

I hurt neck, back, shoulders, and had a seisure on the job. My WC insurance co say they are in the process of denying my claim because I have not released medical history. I am only releasing the records of the particular incident. The adjuster calls and is extremely rude but I keep notes on every conversation for easy recall. The nurse case manager even attends doctor's appointments/treatments unannounced as if to catch me doing something wrong. What should I do?
