i am a single mother with five children and i am getting evicted of damages in my apartment that was caused by my 9 year old son with adhd and bipolar can they evict becuase my son has a disability?

Before definitively answering your question, I would need to have more information concerning the nature and extent of the damages, how many times the apartment has been damaged and the nature of your son's adhd and bipolar disorder.

In general, landlords are required to make a reasonable accomodation for a tenant's disability once requested to do so. Also in general, before a landlord is required to make a reasonable accomodation, they must be notified of the exisitance of the disability and a reasonable accomodation must be requested.
