Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts

Online Bankruptcy petition preparation services part 2

I have had 4 conversation with 4 different lawyer about the process and I just can not afford to pay the amount they are asking and my partner and I make too much money for pro bono. We do not own a house but are cars are close to being repo. This seems like our only option. are there good options out there?

Perhaps we can help. Bankruptcy is a good chance for people overwhelmed with debt and unable to pay,to get a fresh start and move on with life. We offer a free consultation and will explain all fees up front.

feel free to call or email.

The problem is the overwhelming process. If it is a simple bk, then I have seen people do it themselves. In your case, you are probably going to have to file a Chapter 13 if you want to keep the cars. You can give us a call if you want to discuss. We offer free consultation and often times a Chapter 13 allows for attorneys to collect most of the fee in the plan itself
