It is one thing to enter data into a computer and print forms, another to make sure that you are filing your bankruptcy at the best possible time, that you are utilizing your exemptions effectively and that your case will not be dimissed due to not complying with a technical matter. NO! Emphatically so. Bankruptcy is an area of the law where the results can be disastrous is all of the intricacies and details are not observed. Much of what goes into a bankruptcy case must be attended to BEFORE the case is filed, and if not done before hand, it is possible to lose one's home or car, or other property or rights. Consult an attorney that is experienced in bankruptcy.
