Buyer beware. It is one thing to enter data into a computer and print forms, another to make sure that you are filing your bankruptcy at the best possible time, that you are utilizing your exemptions effectively and that your case will not be dimissed due to not complying with a technical matter. Our office offers very flexible payment plans and reasonable fees. Not having an attorney may end up costing you more in the long run if your case does not go smoothly as many attorneys do not take pro se cases after the fact. One mistake can cost you your case, such as not taking the credit counseling PRIOR to filing.

Consult an attorney that is experienced in bankruptcy.
