A child support order can be modified upwards upon a showing of a change of circumstances.
Get a lawyer and file a complaint for modification.

When was the case opened. Is the case over?
Has there been a change in circumstances enough to have the court make such a change.

You can get a modification based on change in circumstances also there is an automatic increase when the child reaches 13.
