Legal Question in Business Law in Massachusetts

Lilac A. Rugg, an adult, entered into a contract to sell an automobile for $4,750.00 to Hope Ferterbest, a minor. Delivery was set for the next day. Rugg learned that Hope was a minor before she came to pick up the car. When Hope arrived, Lilac refused to accept the money and refused to deliver the car saying that she did not want to deal with a minor. Hope sued to enforce the contract.

Will Hope win? Why or why not?

Insufficient data, but my sense is that the contract is not enforceable.

As to why, sounds like an academic question rather than a personal legal problem
