what is the statue of limitation in the state of MA, as it relates to the collection of a debt? The transaction in question is business to business, not consumer.

Re: statue of limitation

You do not mention if there is some contract and/or agreement governing the rights and obligations of the parties. If there is one, it may define the limitation period. Otherwise, actions for breach of contract have a 6 year statute of limitations. Actions for a breach of contract executed under seal (ie. Signed under seal this day of 2005) have a 20 year statute of limitations.
