Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Massachusetts
My car was unwillingly searched by two officers in Worcester. I was also verbally abused by both of these officers. When i was put in cuffs one of the officers grabbed me by my cuffs and forcefully whipped me around by them, leaving marks on my wrists. I went to my court date and it was immediatley dismissed. I didnt do anything to deserve this treatment, and it scares me the way these two officers were treating a female. Is there anything i can do to get some justice for what happened to me?
